No studded shoes at the sprint!

Please take notice of the following when you pack your things going to Sweden.

Due to local city regulations runners will not be allowed to start at the WUOC Sprint or WUOC Tour Sprint in shoes with spikes or metal studs. For the long, middle and relay competitions any type of shoes can be used.

Spik- och dubbskoförbud på sprinten!

Av lokala tillståndsskäl kommer det inte vara tillåtet att starta på WUOC-sprinten eller WUOC-Tour-sprinten (även Sprint-DM för Dalarna) i spikskor eller skor med metalldubb. På lång-, medel- och stafettävlingarna är dock alla typer av skor tillåtna.
